This policy describes how Weathersfield Community Connection Partners (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you visit www.weathersfieldccp.org (the “Site”). We keep the Site simple; we do not run accounts, shopping carts, or comment systems on this website.

We are a community nonprofit serving neighbors in Weathersfield Township, Ohio. You can reach us at [email protected] or via the Contact page.
Information we collect on this Site
Contact. The Contact page uses a mailto: link. When you send email, your message is handled by your email provider and ours; we do not collect that content through custom forms hosted on the Site itself.
Hosting and logs. Your browser automatically sends technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and date/time of requests) to whatever company hosts the Site (for example, a static host or server). That host may keep access logs under its own policies and retention rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Facebook and Meta
Some pages include links to our Facebook Page (facebook.com/weathersfieldccp), and the Events page may embed Facebook’s Page Plugin or similar tools provided by Meta.
